At Maha’s Couture UK, we take pride in offering luxury, high-value, and carefully crafted dresses. Please read our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
UK Orders
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without needing to provide justification, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, marks, damage, or alteration
- Accompanied by proof of purchase / order confirmation / receipt
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

4. Refunds
We do offer refunds for eligible returns, provided the item is returned within the applicable return period, meets our return conditions, and passes inspection upon receipt.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or would like to exchange an item, please contact us first.
The fastest way to obtain another item is to:
- Request a return for the original item (if eligible), and
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
We may also offer an exchange in suitable cases, subject to stock availability and item condition.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

- faulty,
- defective, or
- incorrect,

7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following items unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described:
- Sale / clearance / discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom-made, altered, or personalised items
- Beauty / personal care products
