Maha’s Couture UK – Shipping Policy

At Maha’s Couture UK, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment is received and cleared.

During busy periods, launches, sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or UK public holidays, unless otherwise stated.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery for Limited Time, Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel size/weight, and shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping fee will be shown clearly before payment is completed.


4. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.


5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & International Charges

For international orders, including orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling fees, and any local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Maha’s Couture UK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, import checks, unpaid customs duties, or local postal/courier processes.

If a parcel is held by customs or the courier pending payment of duties/taxes, the customer must complete the required payment directly to the relevant authority or courier to avoid delays, returns, or parcel disposal.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including the delivery address, postcode, contact number, and email address, are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at mscollectiondress@gmail.com.


7. Failed Deliveries / Refused Parcels / Unclaimed Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • refusal to accept delivery,
  • failure to pay customs/import charges,
  • failure to collect from the courier or collection point,

we reserve the right to deduct any shipping charges, return fees, customs charges, handling costs, or other losses incurred before issuing any eligible refund.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.


8. Delays Outside Our Control

While we always try to ensure prompt delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier delays
  • customs inspections or customs backlogs
  • severe weather
  • transport disruption
  • public holidays
  • strikes or industrial action
  • force majeure events

9. Lost, Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at mscollectiondress@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will do our best to assist you by contacting the courier and reviewing the shipment status. However, investigation and resolution times may depend on the courier’s process.


10. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and item immediately and contact us without delay at mscollectiondress@gmail.com so we can review the issue.
